The problem

Two systems. Zero connection.

Rhino collects consumption data from every meter across your portfolio. Your facility management team, building engineers, and property managers work in their own platforms: Aedifion, Facilitee, Wunderbricks, MeterInsight, or another system entirely.

Without an integration, someone bridges the gap manually. Data gets exported, reformatted, imported. By the time it lands in the right system, it is already out of date. Anomalies go unnoticed. Maintenance scheduling relies on last month's numbers. Building operations runs on stale information.

What changes

Live utility data in the tools your operations team already runs.

Rhino connects once. From that point, meter data flows automatically into your property management, facility management, and building operations platforms, continuously.

PMS and billing integration

Rhino consumption data flows directly into property management software. That includes submeter readings per tenant, not just building totals. Per-meter, per-utility, per-period data arrives in the format your system expects. Yardi, MeterInsight, and others receive it without any manual step in between. Floor-area estimates go out. Verified meter data goes in.

Tenant billing and engagement

Building operations and FM platforms

Building operations platforms like Aedifion, Facilitee, Wunderbricks, and Recogizer receive live Rhino data feeds. Fault detection, maintenance scheduling, and energy performance tracking all work from current readings, not last month's export. Facility management teams get the visibility they need inside the system they already use.

Portfolio operations

Real-time alerts in the right place

Consumption anomalies, threshold breaches, and equipment irregularities trigger in real time. Alerts reach the building or facility management team through the platform they already monitor, with the context needed to act: which meter, which building, how far outside the expected range.

How it works

One connection. Data everywhere it needs to go.

Rhino collects utility data from your meters via smart meter connections or Rhino hardware on-site. That data lands in the Rhino platform, where it is cleaned, structured, and made available for downstream use.

From there, Rhino pushes to connected platforms on your schedule: hourly, daily, or in real time when anomalies occur. Your property management software gets consumption per tenant. Your FM platform gets building-level performance data. Your building operations tooling gets the live feed it needs for automated workflows.

For platforms not yet in the Rhino connector library, the Rhino API provides standardised access to all meter data. Most integration projects with a technical partner complete within days.

Meters connect to Rhino
Smart meter API, P1 cable, or Rhino hardware device. All utilities. No new cabling or BMS upgrade required.
2
Data lands in Rhino Cloud
Consumption data is validated, structured per meter, and stored. Anomaly detection runs continuously against historical baselines.
3
Your platforms receive the feed
Data pushed to connected property management, FM, and building operations platforms via native connectors or the Rhino API. Scheduled delivery or real-time webhooks.
4
Your team works in one system
Operations, facility management, and asset managers each see Rhino data inside the tool they already use. No separate login, no parallel workflow.

Common questions

Property management integrations, answered.

Yes. Rhino feeds consumption data directly into property management platforms including Yardi. Data is delivered per meter, per billing period, and at whatever granularity your system requires. No manual data entry, no CSV exports, no reconciliation between systems. The same consumption data also underpins ESG and compliance reporting. See ESG & Compliance for how Rhino maps to CSRD, GRESB, and EU Taxonomy requirements.
Rhino integrates with a range of building operations and facility management platforms including Aedifion, Facilitee, Wunderbricks, Recogizer, Spectral, and Next Sense. Data integrations cover live consumption feeds, threshold alerts, and periodic performance exports. The full list grows continuously via the Rhino API and partner program.
Rhino supports both push and pull API integrations. Data can be delivered on a schedule (hourly or daily) or triggered in real time when thresholds are breached. For platforms without a native Rhino connector, the Rhino API provides standardised access to all meter data with full documentation.
Yes. Rhino data can be pushed directly into the FM or building operations platform your team already uses. Consumption data, anomaly alerts, and periodic reports appear in the tools your team works in every day. Access to the Rhino platform itself is not required for day-to-day workflows.
Not for the platforms Rhino natively supports. For new platforms, the Rhino API is the integration point: it provides full programmatic access to all meter and consumption data with standard authentication and webhook support. Most integration projects with a technical partner complete within days, not months.
Yes. Rhino captures data at every meter in your building, including individual tenant submeters. The data delivered to your PMS includes readings per submeter, per utility, per billing period. Billing runs on actual consumption, not floor-area estimates. Disputes go down because both sides are working from the same verified number.

Utility data where your team already works.

Your buildings are generating meter data right now. Rhino brings it into the property management and building operations platforms your team runs, automatically. No exports, no reconciliation, no lag.
