Is the Schneider Electric iEM3355 compatible with remote monitoring?
Yes. Rhino already reads the Schneider Electric iEM3355 over RS485 Modbus.

The Schneider Electric iEM3355 carries the full load through itself, so there is nothing to add on the electrical side. The expansion device wires to the meter's existing output and reports to the access point.
That makes this one of the cheaper meters to bring online: no transformers, no separate components, and the work stays inside the cabinet.
Mounting on file: DIN. That matters mostly for where the expansion device ends up sitting and whether there is DIN space left in the cabinet for it.
None of this covers site feasibility. RF range, cabinet access and power availability are survey questions, and a compatibility yes is not an installation yes.
