Cookie Policy
This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies rhino.energy uses, what each one does, and how to change your choice at any time.

1. The short version
Necessary cookies keep this website working. Analytics and company-identification tools are also on by default, which means they start when you open the site rather than waiting for you to agree.
You can switch them off at any time using the button in section 6. That switch is real: once it is off, those tools are not loaded at all and your browser never contacts them.
2. What a cookie is here
A cookie is a small file a website asks your browser to store. We also use technologies that behave like cookies, including browser local storage and scripts that read your IP address. Everything in this policy covers those too, not only cookies in the strict sense.
3. Necessary cookies
These keep the site functioning and are set without asking, because the site cannot be delivered without them. They do not track you across websites and are not used for advertising.

4. Analytics and marketing, on unless you switch them off
The tools below run by default. We think that is a fair trade for a business website, but you may not, so switching them off takes one click and we do not make you hunt for it. Once off, none of them are placed on your device and no request is made to their providers.

Snitcher and Apollo identify the organisation associated with a visitor's IP address. They are used to understand which companies are interested in Rhino, not to build a profile of you as an individual.
5. HubSpot, on the demo page only
We do not run a HubSpot tracking script across this website, so there is no HubSpot cookie following you from page to page.
One exception is worth naming plainly. Our demo page embeds HubSpot's meeting scheduler so you can pick a slot without leaving the site. That embed is loaded by HubSpot from their own domain when the page opens, and HubSpot may set cookies in that context under their own policy. We treat it as part of the booking service you came to that page to use, rather than as analytics. If you would rather not load it, do not open the demo page: no other page on this site embeds it.
Our newsletter and contact forms send what you type straight to HubSpot when you press submit. Nothing is sent before that.
6. Switch analytics off, or back on
This button reflects your current setting and changes it immediately. Switching off costs you nothing on this site: no feature is withheld, and nothing is nagged back at you later.
You can also clear cookies and site data for rhino.energy in your browser settings. Blocking cookies through the browser works too, though some parts of the site may then behave unexpectedly.
7. How long your choice lasts
If you switch analytics off, that setting is stored in your browser and stays until you clear your browser data or switch it back on. We do not expire it and we do not ask you again.
