Pilar Technologies, iqbi, Rhino, and Dalpha Real Estate announce a new collaboration in the area of monitoring energy use and sharing insights on energy consumption and costs.
Dalpha Real Estate will utilize this smart solution in the 32 apartments at Achterom in the historic city center of The Hague. The energy dashboards will enhance resident awareness, offer possibilities to reduce recurring energy costs, and allow space for joint sustainability initiatives.
Wouter Terhorst, Director of Real Estate at Dalpha Real Estate, says: "The goal is to reduce energy costs for residents and retailers through insights. For the building owner, we are making the building Paris Proof; from co-creation and shared incentive models with the users. We are committed to more affordable, cleaner, and healthier neighborhoods through energy-efficient technologies."
Gosse Taal, CEO of Pilar Technologies, explains: "By integrating Rhino's data into our platform, we can provide a better experience for tenants and property managers. Tenants can now track their consumption and participate in gamification features within the same application."
Rishi Lodhia, Chairman of the Board at Rhino, emphasizes the importance of this collaboration: "Our partnership with Pilar Technologies helps us reduce the ecological footprint of buildings. Our joint expertise will improve the future of the sector and set new standards for customer experience and environmental performance."
