# Rhino > Rhino is a global leader in remote energy and utility monitoring for commercial real estate. We collect and automate utility data across whole portfolios: electricity, gas, water, and heat, including submeter data. Data comes in via smart-meter software connections where they exist and via Rhino's own hardware where they do not, keeping CAPEX low. Readings refresh every 15 minutes and land in one platform for consumption analysis, anomaly and standby-load detection, tenant billing, and ESG and compliance reporting. Rhino serves asset managers, energy managers, ESG teams, facility managers, and property managers across commercial real estate, and is active in over 40 countries. The platform is built so teams can act on utility data without a dedicated data team behind them. Where a smart meter is already in place, Rhino connects software-only; hardware is added only where meter outputs are not reachable by software. Most portfolios run a hybrid setup. The pages below are the English versions at the root domain. The same pages exist in Dutch (/nl), Polish (/pl), and German (/de). The full text of every core page in all four languages is available in the companion file, llms-full.txt. ## Product - [Platform](https://rhino.energy/platform): The core product. Consumption, load profile, and a live Sankey structure view across all utilities and submeters, refreshed every 15 minutes. - [Data Sources](https://rhino.energy/data-sources): The three ways Rhino gets meter data in: utility connectors (cloud-to-cloud), Rhino hardware, and existing third-party infrastructure such as a BMS or IoT gateway. - [Electricity Monitoring](https://rhino.energy/electricity-monitoring): Real-time electricity consumption and load-profile monitoring, including submeters for tenants, HVAC, EV chargers, PV, and common parts. - [Water Monitoring](https://rhino.energy/water-monitoring): Automated water consumption monitoring and leak and anomaly detection across a portfolio. - [Gas Monitoring](https://rhino.energy/gas-monitoring): Gas consumption monitoring for commercial real estate, with automated reads and anomaly alerts. - [Heat Monitoring](https://rhino.energy/heat-monitoring): Heat and thermal-energy monitoring for commercial buildings, including district heating and submetered heat. ## Solutions - [Cost Reduction](https://rhino.energy/cost-reduction): Find standby load, contract-power overruns, and consumption anomalies before they reach the bill. - [ESG & Compliance](https://rhino.energy/esg-compliance): Clean, auditable utility datasets for CSRD, GRESB, EPBD, and BREEAM reporting, exportable to any ESG platform. - [Tenant Billing & Engagement](https://rhino.energy/tenant-billing-engagement): Automated submeter-based tenant billing and consumption feedback to tenants, including via connected tenant apps. - [Property Management](https://rhino.energy/property-management): One live view of every utility across managed buildings, without manual meter reads. - [Portfolio Operations](https://rhino.energy/portfolio-operations): Benchmark buildings on the same data and definitions to find underperformers across a portfolio. - [Utility Data API](https://rhino.energy/utility-data-api): Push 15-minute interval readings from every submeter into an existing ESG platform, BI tool, or billing system via a documented JSON API. ## Industries - [All Industries](https://rhino.energy/industries): How Rhino applies across commercial real-estate asset classes. - [Logistics](https://rhino.energy/industries/logistics): Utility monitoring and tenant billing across warehouse and distribution portfolios. - [Retail](https://rhino.energy/industries/retail): Consumption monitoring and common-parts billing for retail sites and shopping centers. - [Office](https://rhino.energy/industries/office): Energy monitoring, tenant billing, and ESG reporting for office buildings. - [Residential](https://rhino.energy/industries/residential): Submeter monitoring and resident engagement across residential portfolios. - [Hospitality](https://rhino.energy/industries/hospitality): Utility monitoring and cost control for hotels and hospitality assets. ## Company - [About](https://rhino.energy/about): Who Rhino is and the approach to complete, accurate utility data. - [Case Studies](https://rhino.energy/case-studies): Real deployments, including a pan-European GLP logistics portfolio and a Bouwinvest residential project in Amsterdam. - [Blog](https://rhino.energy/blog): Articles on utility monitoring, ESG regulation, and commercial real-estate energy data. - [Partners](https://rhino.energy/partners): Rhino's reseller and referral partner network. - [Careers](https://rhino.energy/careers): Open roles at Rhino. - [Support](https://rhino.energy/support): Help and support for Rhino customers. - [Book a Demo](https://rhino.energy/demo): Request a live demo of the Rhino platform. ## Other languages - Nederlands (Dutch): https://rhino.energy/nl - Polski (Polish): https://rhino.energy/pl - Deutsch (German): https://rhino.energy/de ## Optional - [Full content export (all pages, all four languages)](https://rhino.energy/llms-full.txt): The complete text of every core page above in English, Dutch, Polish, and German, in one file. - [Privacy](https://rhino.energy/privacy): Privacy policy. - [Terms](https://rhino.energy/terms): Terms of service. - [Cookies](https://rhino.energy/cookies): Cookie policy.
